Tax deductible donations may be made to the Library Endowment Fund or the B. Lorraine Case "Once Upon A Time" Fund at the Watertown Community Foundation. The Endowment fund is an unrestricted fund from which only the interest may be spent. The Once Upon A Time fund is a restricted fund that may only be used for educational events and children's programming.
