- Allows only for malt beverages & wine produced in State of South Dakota

- Allows for all wines & cider beverages
- Example: Drinking a glass of wine at a restaurant OR Buying a bottle of wine to drink at home
- Allows specific organizations the ability to sell & serve alcoholic beverages during special events
